Problem stains and spots can become bigger problems if not treated correctly. Our specialized knowledge of fabrics, stain removal and cleaning agents ensures that top professionals will deal with your stained garments.

These types of garments are generally made from fabrics that are delicate and require special care and handling. Furthermore, complex, intricate designs require highly skilled, expert cleaning and pressing methods for a perfect look.

Didn't notice the care label when you purchased the gown?   Now you see that it says "Professionally Spot Clean ONLY" or "DO NOT Dryclean, DO NOT Wetclean."    Unfortunately most of these garments are made of a silk chiffon which cannot be spot cleaned without leaving a ring.  Fortunately we have had success in cleaning these garments.

Bring your garment in to any of our locations.  Point out the care label to the Customer Service Associate.  They will make sure your garment receives the special attention it needs.  Because the manufacturer indicates that the garment is not cleanable, we will ask you to sign a release of liability waiver.  This waiver outlines the risks involved in cleaning your garment.  Please allow a few extra days for processing your delicate garment.

As a member of both International Fabricare Institute and the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists, we provide our customers with the most recent advances and techniques in garment care. Have a question about your garment? Just ask us. We're experts and we're here for you!
Restoration of fine garments is a craft that goes back generations. We combine the latest treatment solutions to provide a delicate balance that restores vibrancy and splendor to your garments.
Certain types of fabrics and garments require specialized hand-finishing techniques. How many dry-cleaners take the time and space to air dry your sweaters?  WE DO!  Then we soften them with short blasts of hot steam.

Here are some tips that can help you in protecting your garments

  • Bring your garment in for professional cleaning as soon as possible after any spotting occurs.  Spots and soil which are left too long can be difficult, if not impossible to remove and can shorten the life of your garment.
  • Point out any light or difficult to see spots that you are aware of; such as wine or soft drink stains, which may require special treatment.
  • Try to keep wet perfumes, deodorants, antiperspirant, toothpaste and other toiletries from coming into contact with your clothes. These products are likely to contain alcohol or other chemicals, which can effect some dyes. Allow them to dry before dressing.
  • Matching pieces should be cleaned together including bedspreads and drapes, so that any fading will be uniform and the pieces will still match.
  • Don't press stained or soiled clothes. Heat can set some stains.
