Whether you dry clean weekly, twice a week or monthly you can enjoy the convenience of Twin City Cleaners' Home Delivery Service. Call 336-406-7103 today to see when we service your neighborhood. Tell our Sales Manager that you want to sign up for Twin City Cleaners' Home Delivery Service!  As a Twin City Cleaners Home Delivery Service customer, you won't have to make time to drop off or pick up your cleaning.

Our home delivery service includes:

FREE  Express Bag

When you sign up for Twin City Cleaners' Home Delivery Service, we will give you a 'Starter Kit' which includes a sturdy laundry bag, a door hanger (to hang up your finished order), a refrigerator magnet with the delivery days marked and a brochure describing ALL of our services.

Delivery Locations

You tell us where to pick up and deliver your clothes. Whether it is at your front door, the garage, or your back porch, remember it is best if you choose a weather-sheltered location. 

Identification Tag

Your name, route, and delivery days are written on the back of our Sales Manager's business card. No other personal information is out where anyone can see it.  If you have a question for us, just call our Sales Manager!

No-Hassle Payments

We will automatically charge your credit card at the end of each week.

No Minimums

If Twin City Cleaners Home Delivery services your area, we will happily come to your home no matter how small your order. We do not require a minimum number of pieces for our delivery service.

Security Features

 

Twin City Cleaners Home Delivery Service vans will come to your home TWICE A WEEK on their regularly scheduled route. If you have garments to be cleaned, we will pick up your laundry bag and return your clothes to you professionally cleaned and ready to wear on your next delivery day.

 To ensure your privacy, we DO NOT include your phone number on your invoice.  Your name and address is the only personal information on your order.  For credit card billing we use PCCharge software.  Your credit card information is blocked on your profile record.

Q: Does Twin City Cleaners charge a delivery fee?
A: No. You pay the same price as our walk-in customers. There are no additional fees.
   
Q: Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?
A: You choose the place at your home where you would like our drivers to pick up and drop off your clothes. Please remember that it is best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.
   
Q: What type of bag should I put my clothes in for pick-up?
A: As part of our service, we will provide you with a sturdy Twin City Cleaners Home Delivery Service laundry bag at no charge. If you do not have one of our bags, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for Twin City Cleaners" on the bag in large letters. Your driver will pick it up and leave a Twin City Cleaners Home Delivery Service laundry bag for your next order.
   
Q: Do I have to be home when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
A: No. There is no need to be home to use the service. Your driver will service your predesignated location.
   
Q: How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
A: Your schedule will be determined when you set up your home delivery account.
   
Q: How do I pay for your service?
A: Your cleaning can be charged directly to your credit card or a statement will be mailed to you at the end of each month. Payment is due by the 10th of the month.
   
Q: How do I tell Twin City Cleaners Home Delivery Service about a special request for garment care?
A: Simply safety-pin a note to the garment with your request.
   
Q: How do I change my personal information and/or preferences?
A: Simply call your designated store or contact our Customer Care Center by email customerservice@twincitycleaners.com.
